In this section, you will find forms needed for members to recognize outstanding students, teachers, and community members for their accomplishments in the area of giftedness. We encourage you to submit an application to recognize those making a contribution. Awards are presented each year during the MEGAT Fall Conference or NECGT Conference when hosted in Maine. Once completed, please return your nomination to the MEGAT State Board for consideration. |

PASSIONATE CHANGEMAKER AWARD
Gifted learners are often compelled with a heightened sense of fairness, and with a conviction to take action based on their values. This award is intended to honor a Maine high school student who has been identified as Gifted/Talented, and who has demonstrated the attributes of a Passionate Changemaker.
To an identified gifted and talented student who is making a difference.
